My name is Liam. I run a private equity company in Toronto focused on industrial real estate and infrastructure across North America.

We have thousands of acres positioned for multiple GW+ of capacity, including power generation, data centers and advanced manufacturing. We also have a venture capital arm supporting startups and existing companies where we can directly impact the outcome.

I share what we are building publicly because I want people to see what we are doing, take it, and turn it into something we can build together. We can help execute and, where it makes sense, provide the entirety of the capital behind it.
